About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior React-Native Developer to spearhead the modernisation of our mobile application. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact, as we aim to transform our entire codebase within the next 6-12 months.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Mobile Development using React-Native
  • Collaborate with our designer to implement high-quality Figma designs
  • Work closely with the back-end team to ensure seamless integration
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices for our new codebase
  • Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and scalability of our web applications
Requirements
  • Extensive experience with React-Native
  • Strong understanding of front-end architecture and best practices
  • Experience in leading significant refactoring or rewriting projects
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Interview Process
  1. 30-45 minute initial chat over Zoom with the CTO and Back-end Lead
  2. 4-8 hour paid technical test (£25 per hour)
  3. Final chat with CEO
