Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contracts Manager to join our team at Assystem. As a key member of our client team, you will be responsible for managing and administering commercial and contract-related activities for a portion of the 'Genco-541' responsible designer contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate a portfolio of complex contractual events from inception to implementation
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to respond to emergent contractual topics and issues
  • Provide commercial and contractual subject matter expertise to the Engineering teams
  • Produce, analyze, and present financial, contractual, and commercial data to internal project teams and the client
  • Coordinate with Change, Cost, Risk, and Schedule teams to ensure coherent and consistent project progress

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 8 years of professional experience in Contract Management on complex and multicultural industrial and infrastructure projects
  • CIPS accreditation
  • Knowledge of risk and claims management
  • Educated to degree level
  • Specific knowledge of UK law and its impact upon the contractual and commercial functions
