Key Responsibilities- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Finance, ESG, HR, Treasury, Tax, and Legal, to support corporate governance projects.
- Contribute to the preparation and delivery of the BAE Systems plc Annual Report and Accounts.
- Assist in drafting and releasing regulatory stock exchange announcements and related notifications/submissions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, listing regimes, corporate governance requirements, and best practice.
- Support the delivery of the BAE Group's all-employee and executive share plans under the guidance of more senior team members.
- Maintain the statutory records for the UK subsidiary companies on a global corporate database and timely filing of relevant documentation with Companies House.
- Contribute to departmental projects and ad-hoc company projects.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor's degree and be willing to pursue a professional qualification (Chartered Governance Institute).

Upon commencement of employment, you will receive a one-off non-consolidated lump sum payment of £2,000 (the "Welcome Payment"). This payment is subject to normal deductions and will be paid with your first salary payment.
