Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Geomatics Land Buyer to join our team at TDM Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing off-market sites in Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, and North London, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding targets.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the geomatics sector, including site evaluation, surveying, and mapping. They will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify opportunities for growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our dynamic team and become a key player in the land buying industry.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree qualified, ideally in a geomatics or property-related field
  • Proven track record of successful land acquisitions
  • Strong network of contacts in the land agency world
  • Detailed understanding of the planning application and appeals process
  • Able to work autonomously and independently from the rest of the team

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
