Support a Teenager with Complex Health Needs

We are seeking a caring and flexible Support Worker to join our team in Eastbourne, supporting a young teenage boy with complex health needs in his family home.

This is a part-time role, working Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, with morning shifts from 7:30am-9am and evening shifts from 3pm-7pm. You will also work alternate Sundays from 9:30am-7pm.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Support Worker, you will provide support and care to our client, helping him with daily tasks and activities. You will work closely with our client's family and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care.

Our client has complex needs and behavioural difficulties, so we require someone who is patient, understanding, and able to work independently. Full training and support will be provided.
