Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate sales opportunities for our state-of-the-art AI solutions within the retail sector.
  • Conduct discovery workshops to understand client business needs and future aims.
  • Conduct analysis and diagnose client issues with the support of analytics teams during Proof of Concept (POC) processes.
  • Establish and maintain day-to-day client relationships at peer client levels for data collection and POC analysis validation.
  • Review and provide guidance to analytics teams in analysing client inventory planning issues.
  • Direct the team in executing inventory simulations using our Digital Tween solution.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and evaluate their potential using our methodologies.
  • Develop inventory strategies tailored to clients' retail networks.
  • Craft compelling storyboards and prepare client presentations for Director and C-Level executives.
  • Assist in proposal development activities.
  • Provide expertise on our solutions' current and future capability.
  • Provide retail process consultancy, challenging the customer's thinking, and giving insight into industry best practice.
  • Prepare and deliver solution presentations and demonstrations to showcase our offerings effectively.
  • Manage, coordinate, and ensure the quality of formal responses to RFIs, RFPs, etc with pre-sales teams.
Requirements
  • BSc/MSc degree from a quantitative field such as Industrial, Electric Electronic, Computer Engineering.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English.
  • 8+ years of relevant job experience in the field.
  • Supply Chain Consulting experience is a must.
  • Retail Inventory Management experience is an important plus.
  • Proficiency in supply chain planning issues, including demand forecasting and inventory management.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and open-mindedness towards new ideas and concepts.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills.
  • Appreciation of team spirit.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to client locations for meetings as required.
