We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team at Spire Parkway Hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious RGN to take on a leadership role, providing clinical supervision and guidance to junior colleagues.
About the Role
This RGN position involves working as part of a dynamic healthcare team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to make decisions, ensuring excellent patient outcomes and opportunities to mentor junior colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day supervision of junior nursing staff and students, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Mentor and guide junior colleagues, helping them develop their skills and confidence.
- Contribute to scheduling, recruitment, induction, performance reviews, and training, ensuring seamless operation of the ward.
