Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Culinary Leader to oversee our kitchen operations at Southampton Football Stadium. Key responsibilities include leading a team of kitchen staff, ensuring seamless operations, training, and inventory management while maintaining high-quality standards. You will be responsible for designing menus for matchday hospitality, VIP events, and private functions, working closely with the events team to deliver outstanding dining experiences that cater to diverse tastes and dietary needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess strong leadership skills, excellent culinary knowledge, and experience in managing kitchen teams. You should be able to design innovative menus, control costs, and build supplier relationships while maintaining high food quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the kitchen staff, making sure everything runs smoothly.

- Be responsible for staying within budget, controlling food waste, building supplier relationships, and making purchasing decisions.
- You will be responsible for 2000 hospitality clients every game and conference & events business ranging from 10 -1000 covers.
