About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Highway Maintenance team as a Skilled Road Worker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance work on the roads, footways, signs, and lines across Swindon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out all types of maintenance work associated with the highway asset
  • Perform a variety of repairs on the highway
  • Assist in delivering larger projects throughout the Borough

Requirements

  • Fluency in the English language
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Willingness to participate in an out-of-hours standby rota
