At 4way Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled Fire and Security Systems Specialist to join our team. This exciting role involves the installation, service, and maintenance of fire alarms, CCTV systems, access control, and intruder alarms.

The successful candidate will have excellent technical knowledge and experience in the field of fire and security engineering. Key benefits include:

  • A competitive salary of £38,500 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • A guaranteed OTE of £55,000 +
  • 25 days' holiday + bank holidays (increasing by one day every five years)

Responsibilities will include:

  • Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of fire alarms, CCTV systems, access control, and intruder alarms
  • Conducting regular system checks and tests to ensure optimal performance
  • Providing technical support and training to clients and internal teams

  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in fire and security engineering
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
