About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic pharmacist to join our team in a rotational clinical pharmacist position at East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust. As a rotational pharmacist, you will have the opportunity to work across various clinical specialties and gain a broad range of experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and efficient pharmacy services to patients
  • Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Participate in audits and contribute to the development of our service and the Trust's Medicines Optimisation Strategy
  • Undertake daily clinical ward visits to specialist areas and provide patient counselling to improve adherence to treatment
  • Be involved in incident reporting as part of clinical governance
