Unique Support Worker Position for Ambitious Individuals

At SeeAbility, we are committed to providing exceptional support services to individuals with disabilities, autism, and complex needs. We are currently seeking a skilled PBS and BSL Support Worker to join our team of dedicated professionals.
The ideal candidate will have a calm, patient, and resilient nature, with a strong ability to build relationships and empower independence in the individuals we support. You will work collaboratively with our team to provide person-centred support across our supported-living and residential care provisions.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Hampshire, with a competitive salary of £24,375 per annum (pro-rata). In addition to a comprehensive training program, you will also receive ongoing support and development opportunities to help you achieve your career goals.
