We are seeking an experienced Associate Lawyer to join our serious injury team in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EL/PL/OL, orthopaedic work, catastrophic/serious injury, and large value claims.

This role requires running a multi-track caseload from start to finish, and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate prior experience and expertise working on claims of the utmost severity, such as brain and spinal injury and amputation cases.

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking substantive work on these cases with minimal assistance, including instructing medical experts, dealing with disclosure, proofing witnesses, and preparing well-structured witness statements.

They will also attend conferences with clients and leading counsel, MDT and pathfinder meetings, and have frequent client/family contact.

Key responsibilities:

  • Run a multi-track caseload from start to finish

Key skills and qualifications:
