Senior Air Quality Consultant Opportunity

Penguin Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Air Quality Consultant to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our consultancy, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across various sectors, including Transport, Residential, Industrial, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct desk-based air quality and odour assessments
  • Perform ambient and indoor air quality, odour, and dust monitoring
  • Develop advanced dispersion models of road traffic emissions
  • Utilize GIS to build models and present results
  • Analyze air quality, emissions, and meteorological data
  • Prepare technical reports and support marketing efforts
  • Lead the delivery of projects and support junior team members
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree and experience in a similar role
  • Full UK driving license and computer literacy
  • Experience with programming languages, such as Python or R (desirable)
  • ADMS-6 atmospheric dispersion modelling (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills and flexibility to travel
  • Full member of the Institution of Environmental Sciences & Institute of Air Quality Management (desirable)
