Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Legal Assistant to join our team at ACS Staffing Solutions. As a Trainee Conveyancing Professional, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and completion of conveyancing transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of confirmation of instruction letters, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Source of Wealth and Funds documentation.
  • Update central records and enter entities and capacities on new client/matter files.
  • Prepare accounts packages and coordinate completions.
  • Ensure compliance with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Accounts Rules.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in conveyancing.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection, money laundering, and health and safety policies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 24 months of experience in a law firm or similar environment.
  • Ideal candidate will have a law-based qualification.
  • Desire to progress towards a formal Conveyancing qualification or Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE).
  • Strong desire to advance a career in Conveyancing.
