About the RoleThe successful candidate will join a growing team and contribute to some of the most impactful projects in the region. With a strong track record in construction projects, the Senior Project Manager will steer projects to successful completion, manage and mentor junior team members, and benefit from the flexibility to work remotely two days a week.
Key Responsibilities- Lead construction projects from inception to completion, confident across all RIBA stages.
- Manage and mentor junior team members to ensure project success.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a strong track record in construction projects.
- Previous Project Management experience with a UK Construction Consultancy.
- Membership in a construction-related professional body (RICS, CIOB, CIBSE, etc.).
- A construction-related degree qualification is beneficial.
