About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Head of Design to lead our creative and packaging team in the UK. As a key member of the marketing leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the creative direction of our natural foods portfolio and driving business growth through innovative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 11 designers and creative professionals to deliver high-quality creative assets across various touchpoints, including packaging, digital, and in-store marketing.
  • Develop and implement a creative strategy that aligns with the company's brand values and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, brand, and product development to ensure seamless execution of creative projects.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of projects and meeting business objectives.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for innovation and growth, leveraging the team's skills and expertise to drive business results.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior design role, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact creative solutions.
  • 5-7 years of experience in managing a team, with a focus on developing and nurturing talent.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the natural foods market and consumer trends.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
