Recovery Navigator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Recovery Navigator to join our team at The Forward Trust. As a Recovery Navigator, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals on their recovery journey, providing guidance and support to help them overcome addiction and achieve a positive outcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive assessments and create collaborative action plans to support individuals in achieving their recovery goals.
- Deliver one-to-one and group work sessions, utilizing motivational techniques and trauma-informed approaches.
- Work closely with treatment and healthcare services to ensure seamless support and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure effective time management to meet targets.
Requirements:
- Experience in substance misuse and/or related fields, with a Level 3 substance misuse related qualification or equivalent.
- Demonstrable experience in managing high caseloads, carrying out risk assessments, and creating SMART action plans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
