We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Learning Support practitioner to join our team at Morgan Hunt UK Limited in Cambridge.

Role Overview

The Learning Support practitioner will play a vital role in supporting students with additional needs, working closely with teachers and other professionals to adapt teaching styles and develop effective support plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with ADHD, Autism, and challenging behaviour.
  • Liaise with parents, carers, and guardians to ensure the best care of pupils.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in supporting students with complex needs.
  • Familiarity with special education practices and strategies.
  • Hold GCSEs in both Maths and English, at grade A-C or equivalent.
  • A valid DBS registered with the online update service.
  • Proficiency in British Sign Language (BSL) at Level 2 or above.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including:
