  • This is a key leadership role responsible for driving the talent, leadership, and learning agenda across the organization.">
  • You will work closely with the Chief People and Culture Officer to develop and implement strategic plans for talent acquisition, development, and succession management.">
  • The role requires proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating talent and leadership programs, as well as managing small teams.">
  • You will be accountable for leading a team to deliver learning and development activities that support business objectives.">
  • The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of effective talent management practices and their impact on organizational performance.">

Key Responsibilities

  1. ">
  2. Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the successful roll-out of our flagship Leadership program, Leadership Fundamentals.">
  3. Identify and implement activities to support embedding learning for the program.">
  4. Assess approaches for further phases of the program and support planning and implementation accordingly.">
  5. Establish a Leadership Fundamentals Program alumni community.">
  6. Work with the CPCO on senior talent and succession management.">
  7. Support HRBPs with tools and approaches for ongoing roll-out of talent reviews.">
  8. Ensure DE&I considerations in all talent and succession management approaches.">
  9. Consider need for bespoke talent programs in line with our DE&I strategy.">
  10. Provide strategic leadership and line management support to the Talent Acquisition team.">
  11. Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead to set out the TA agenda and priorities.">
  12. Provide sponsorship of TA projects and initiatives.">
  13. Lead a small team to deliver learning and development activity in FSI.">
  14. Provide leadership to the ongoing management of our mandatory learning program.">
  15. Identify and manage suppliers to support learning requirements.">
  16. Support utilization of our corporate e-learning platform (LinkedIn Learning).">

You will be a seasoned professional with a strong track record in talent development, leadership, and learning. Your experience should include designing, delivering, and evaluating programs, as well as managing small teams.

You will have a strong understanding of effective talent management practices and their impact on organizational performance.

">

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

">

Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.

">

Mastery of Office 365 software, particularly SharePoint, Microsoft Teams events, and PowerPoint.
