Insurance Sales and Service Leader

Gallagher is looking for a targets-driven Sales & Service Manager to manage their New Business & Renewals teams. This individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales and service performance, overseeing stakeholder management, and implementing KPIs to achieve sales and service targets.
The successful candidate will have strong insurance sales background, proven success in coaching team members to achieve high performance, and excellent performance management skills. They will also be able to effectively interpret and utilise management information (MI) to drive performance improvements.
This role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including life insurance, income protection, and health cash plan. Employees can also enjoy three fully paid volunteering days per year, employee stock purchase plan, and access to a discounted voucher portal.
