Job Title: Apprentice Chef

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dish Preparation: Assist in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that meet our guests' expectations.
  • Food Quality Control: Inspect and store deliveries to ensure the highest standards of food quality.
  • Kitchen Station Management: Work across various kitchen stations, from starters to dessert, to develop your skills and knowledge.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Absorb knowledge from our experienced chefs and take notes to reinforce your learning.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the Back and Front of House teams to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Apprenticeship Progress: Stay on top of your coursework and impress your assessor to achieve your culinary goals.
What You'll Be Cooking Up:

As part of your apprenticeship, you'll work towards the Food Production Level 5 SVQ, a qualification that will transform you from a kitchen novice to a culinary master. With hands-on experience and guidance from our chefs, you'll tackle various milestones, from initial assessments to final reviews.
