Kubota is a leading engine manufacturer with a global presence. Our Engines Division is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in the UK.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding communications to our distributor network and wider customer base. This includes managing and maintaining Dealer Portal Kubota Engine Park (KEP), coordinating marketing campaigns, analyzing website and event-generated data, building and maintaining relationships with key industry publications, and creating local marketing campaigns for various markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain KEP, ensuring content is up-to-date and well-presented.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns aligned with overall business unit strategies.
  • Analyze website and event-generated data to generate leads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry publications.
  • Create local marketing campaigns for the UK, French, Italian, Spanish, Benelux, and Scandinavian markets.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications discipline.
  • Previous marketing experience in a similar B2B environment.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Principles.
  • SEO experience desirable.
  • Strong IT systems skills, including Adobe software use.
  • Good numeracy skills and attention to detail.
  • 'Core' management skills, including communication, interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, proactive, confidentiality, integrity, focused etc.
  • Ideal second language desirable.
  • Self-motivated, able to work to high standards and tight deadlines.
  • Proactive planning ability.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • UK and European travel required, with overnight stops.
