About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Band 7 Cognitive Behavioural Therapist to join our Central Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team in Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation Trust. As a key member of the team, you will be working closely with a senior psychotherapist and a well-established Multi-Disciplinary Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver team training and ongoing consultation to other staff
  • See clients to assess, formulate and deliver short to medium term CBT interventions
  • Attend MDT handovers to support psychological thinking and the embedding of the 5-P formulation approach to risk
  • Provide reflective practice, supervision and support to the wider team
  • Provide informal and formal training to enable staff to deliver brief psychological interventions using the CBT/DBT workbooks

About You: We welcome applicants from those wishing to work part-time and offer a supportive and ambitious work environment. With opportunities for further training locally, we can provide high quality supervision and support. The estimated salary for this role is £64,000 - £85,000 per annum.
