Be the Face of The AA

We're seeking talented individuals to join our team as Roadside Recovery Specialists. As a valued member, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

About the Role:

In this dynamic position, you'll be responsible for providing roadside assistance to motorists across the UK. You'll be the friendly face of The AA, working independently and as part of a team to resolve various issues and get customers back on the road safely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert technical skills to load vehicles onto your truck and transport them to a garage for repair or elsewhere
  • Communicating effectively with customers, ensuring their needs are met and they feel safe and supported
  • Working independently and collaboratively as part of a team, adapting to new technology and procedures

Requirements:

  • A full driving category C license (HGV 2) and ideally CE (HGV 1) license; Driver CPC qualification and digital drivers/tachograph card also required
  • Comfortable adapting to new technology, with training provided
  • Happy working shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and Bank Holidays
