We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive revenue growth as our Director of Business Expansion.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of reseller and partner accounts. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a knack for building relationships, and the ability to articulate sales strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow Thrive's presence through strategic partnerships and account management.
  • Own a designated sales territory, prospecting for and closing deals to meet or exceed growth targets.
  • Create and execute a territory plan aimed at building relationships and achieving revenue objectives.
  • Collaborate with partners on marketing initiatives, such as case studies and press releases.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technical developments, and relevant regulations.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, representing Thrive at industry events to drive brand visibility.
  • Advocate for client needs and insights within the organization.
  • Build a network of contacts within the healthcare and insurance ecosystem to expand awareness of Thrive's offerings.
