Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Account Manager to join our team in Leeds, managing the Asda Sampling and Experiential programme. This is a permanent contract with a salary of up to £40,000 per annum (DOE) and hybrid working options.

About the Role

As a Senior Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day client management related to sampling and experiential activities. Your primary objective will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service delivery and commercial success for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the execution of sampling and experiential activations, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner agencies, such as SMG, to support sales initiatives and client needs
  • Collaborate with the wider client service team to deliver high-quality solutions and services to clients
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenues through proactive proposition development and proposal writing
  • Develop and execute digital-first strategies to drive business growth and innovation
  • Manage activity-specific budgets, ensuring accurate costings, monitoring, and reconciliation
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience in managing multiple stakeholders and relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative approach when needed
  • Previous experience as an Account Manager or similar role, preferably in retail or agency settings
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of consistently over-delivering against targets with demonstrated tenacity
  • Commercial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost control
