**Job Summary**

As a Packaging Technologist, you'll report to the Head of Innovation and be responsible for all packaging-related projects, ensuring they meet our ambitious commercial and sustainability goals. You'll work closely with compliance, design, and supply chain teams to develop innovative, impactful packaging solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage packaging projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to specification
* Identify and mitigate potential business risks related to packaging and product development
* Develop and maintain good relationships with material suppliers, external agencies, and contract manufacturers
* Lead sustainability initiatives and research advancements in sustainable packaging
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure global compliance standards and product functionality and quality standards

**Requirements**

* Experience in quality assurance and testing procedures for packaging materials
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple complex projects simultaneously
* CAD design skills desirable
* Degree in Engineering, Packaging, Product Design, or similar field desirable
