Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Solicitor to join our team at CV-Library. As a contentious construction solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of construction disputes, advising on construction contracts, and drafting submissions for adjudication and arbitration proceedings.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a strong background in construction law to join a highly regarded practice. You will be working with a team of experts who are passionate about their field and dedicated to excellent client care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling a caseload of contentious construction matters
  • Advising on all aspects of construction contracts
  • Drafting submissions for adjudication and arbitration proceedings
  • Liaising with clients and other professionals
  • Preparing seminars and contributing to publications
  • Business development

About You

We are looking for a solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE in construction matters, with previous experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters. You should be self-motivated, enthusiastic about business development, and have a strong academic background. Postgraduate course in construction law is advantageous.
