Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced FE Lecturer in Arboriculture to join our Greenspace and Creative Design team. As an FE Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering Arboriculture-related subjects to students on Further Education programs and, where required, external clients. Your primary focus will be on practical teaching, applying theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios. You will also have the opportunity to inspire excellence and success in your students, helping them to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students on Further Education programs
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans, ensuring students meet their learning objectives
- Assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve curriculum content
- Contribute to the development of the Greenspace and Creative Design team
