About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nursing Associate to join our team at East Parade Surgery. As a key member of our primary care team, you will play a vital role in supporting our registered nurses to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our registered nurses to provide support and enable them to focus on complex clinical care.
  • Contribute to the development of our primary care services, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide accurate and timely clinical notes, ensuring seamless communication with our healthcare team.
  • Participate in reflective practice and clinical supervision activities to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Registered Nursing Associate and on the NMC register.
  • Experience of working in a primary care environment, with a strong understanding of the role of the nursing associate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Intermediate IT skills, with experience of using clinical IT systems.
  • Flexibility to work outside of core office hours, with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
