We are seeking a skilled Facilities Engineer to join our client
Job Title: Facilities Engineer
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting planned preventive maintenance, performing mechanical and reactive maintenance tasks, carrying out inspections, identifying faults, and reporting any defects or issues discovered during inspections
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducting planned preventive maintenance
- Performing mechanical and reactive maintenance tasks
- Carrying out inspections
- Identifying faults
- Reporting any defects or issues discovered during inspections
- Working between three sites per day
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a Maintenance/Facilities Management environment
- Experience in conducting mechanical repair tasks, both planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive, within a commercial setting
- Experience in completing electrical reactive tasks
- Previous experience working with public sector end clients
- Strong client-facing skills
- Solid understanding of current Health & Safety legislation
- Possess a full, clean UK driving licence
