Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our Taunton branch. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and growing a dual desk that supplies staffing solutions to our clients within the Industrial and Commercial sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Business Development and Client Growth
  • Produce vacancy and booking profiles alongside well-written adverts to attract top talent
  • Adequately source and select applicants, match to roles available and potential future talent pipeline
  • Work to KPIs and understand your sales pipeline
  • Production, implementation, and execution of basic sales plans
  • Understand market share, competitors, opportunities, pipeline contingency, pricing, future actions, and control mechanisms to ensure you're achieving budget expectations
  • Continual increase of productivity and sales activity to achieve year-on-year growth of sales revenue, margins, and profit, ensuring an exceptional fulfillment rate for client service levels working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
  • Regular weekly client visits, therefore ideally you'll be a driver with access to your own vehicle
  • Business-to-Business Sales and Business Development calls and face-to-face visits
  • Best practice administration and record keeping
