Job Title: Senior Engineering Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our maintenance strategy and drive a culture of continuous improvement across our sites. As a key member of our Engineering team, you will be responsible for managing and leading the maintenance strategy, including capital expenditure, engineering projects, and resource planning.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and lead the maintenance strategy, including capital expenditure, engineering projects, and resource planning
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement across sites
* Collaborate with cross-functional departments to deliver objectives and ensure high standards of safety, quality, and output
* Lead the maintenance strategy for planned preventative and reactive maintenance to reduce downtime
* Manage contractors and third-party suppliers to ensure a safe and compliant environment

Requirements:

* Proven experience in process manufacturing, FMCG/Food, and managing a multi-site team
* Ability to travel extensively across UK sites
* Proven large-scale projects experience and capital expenditure responsibility
* Degree-qualified or equivalent experience, with recognized project management training and health and safety qualifications
