As a key member of our team at A2Z Employment Ltd, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our clients' HGV fleets. Your primary focus will be on conducting thorough Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMI) to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on HGVs and specialist vehicles
  • Work closely with experienced professionals to ensure the highest standards of vehicle maintenance
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of vehicle systems and components
  • Identify and report any defects or issues that may impact vehicle performance or safety
  • Collaborate with our team to implement effective maintenance strategies and improve overall fleet efficiency
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need

  • Strong knowledge of HGV maintenance and repair principles
  • Excellent inspection and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work in a field-based environment
