About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled Characterisation Specialist to join our team at Lonza. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for planning and execution of analytical testing on therapeutic proteins to support product characterisation and biocomparability studies for our customers. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, including HPLC, LC-MS, and electrophoresis, and experience in the use and troubleshooting of a range of analytical equipment.

The role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team to ensure business, regulatory, and customer needs are met. The estimated salary for this role is around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
