About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Retail Artist at MAC Cosmetics. As a Retail Artist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience, and showcasing our products to customers, global colleagues, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized and authentic customer service to ensure a unique and inspirational in-store experience.
  • Combine your passion for makeup and gifting to educate, inspire, and delight customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create impact with in-store events and achieve high standards of visual merchandising.
  • Entertain visitors from across the globe and showcase MAC Cosmetics to our customers, global colleagues, and corporate clients.
