We are seeking an experienced Lead Resident Services Manager to join our team at Grappenhall Manor Care Centre in Warrington, Cheshire. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care and services.

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits, including bank holiday enhancements, paid DBS, and ongoing training and development opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a background in the Health and Social Care Sector and experience of managing people, services, and quality to achieve performance targets. Excellent time management and organisational skills are essential, as is proficiency in Word, Excel, and in-house systems.

In this role, you will work closely with the Home Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve resident care and services. You will lead a team of Care Home staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of resident care are maintained. You will also contribute to the management of the safety, quality, and financial aspects of the Care Home, promoting its reputation in the wider community.
