Role Overview: As a care assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our clients in Maidstone and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for providing companionship, support, and assistance with daily tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities of this role include:
• Providing companionship and preventing loneliness among clients
• Assisting with personal care, including all aspects of personal hygiene
• Collecting prescriptions and providing reminders for medication administration
• Preparing tasty meals for clients
• Maintaining a clean and safe living environment for clients
• Assisting with mobility and helping clients get around safely
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and compassion. You must also be able to work flexibly and take initiative when needed. Additional qualifications or experience in care would be advantageous but not necessary.
