As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process, from initial receipt to submission and award. Your expertise will ensure seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders, while your commercial acumen will drive high-impact decisions in a fast-evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate and optimised tender estimates, ensuring all inputs are approved and submitted on time.
  • Tender Documentation: Manage the review and distribution of ITT clarifications, bulletins, and responses, ensuring all deliverables are completed and approved as required.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain strong communication with internal and external teams to ensure smooth tender processes and alignment with management.
  • Internal Documentation: Draft tender authorisation papers, presentations, and support senior management with key tender decisions.
  • Tender Management: Oversee the tender process by adhering to schedules, tracking actions, and facilitating review meetings to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Risk Assessment: Support the Tender Lead in consolidating risk and qualifications input from technical teams.
  • Data Maintenance: Maintain tender records to assist with management analysis and forecasting.
  • Project Handover: Manage the handover of awarded project estimates to the cost control team for seamless execution.
