Electrical Maintenance Professional Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and stable engineering department as an Electrical Maintenance Professional.

As an Electrical Maintenance Professional, you will be responsible for performing electrical maintenance engineering activities across the site, operating on a continental shift pattern while attending to breakdowns, conducting preventative maintenance, and project work.

The successful candidate will have experience as a Maintenance Engineer or similar background, ideally with experience on shifts. A manufacturing or industrial background, especially in FMCG environments, would be advantageous. Additionally, time served through a recognised apprenticeship is highly valued.

You will also be required to commute to Workington, where you will work a 4-4 continental shift pattern covering days and nights. The salary for this role is £58,000 (OTE 60K+), with opportunities for bonus, training, progression, shift premium overtime, and pension benefits.
