Job Summary:

FPR Group is seeking a skilled Electrical Field Service Specialist to join their National Response Team. As a key member of the team, you will provide high-quality technical support to customers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide field-based technical expertise to customers, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Commission, repair, and service electrical equipment, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Good technical electrical/electronics skills, with a minimum HNC or similar qualification in electromechanical/electrical engineering.
  • Experience in a field service role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • PLC programming and knowledge of PC hardware are advantageous.
  • Good PC literacy and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Full current UK driving license.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
