Senior Sustainability Consultant Position

We are seeking a senior professional with over 5 years of experience in sustainable building design to join our client's team as a Principal Energy and Sustainability Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead sustainable building design projects, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client requirements.
  2. Provide expert guidance on energy modelling and consultancy, focusing on broader design and sustainability strategies.
  3. Apply in-depth knowledge of low carbon building design standards, building regulations, and planning requirements such as BREEAM, NABERS, LEED, to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Requirements:
  1. Master's degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
  2. Extensive experience in energy modelling with software like IES, and energy consultancy, emphasizing sustainable building design.
  3. Proven track record in sustainable building design, including thorough knowledge of low carbon design standards, building regulations, and planning requirements.
  4. Strong leadership skills for guiding project teams, coordinating tasks, and managing timelines effectively.
  5. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and presenting complex technical information clearly.

The estimated salary for this position is $130,000 - $160,000 per annum. Please note that we will endeavour to review your application within two weeks.
