About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and qualified Swimming Teachers to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to children and adults of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach swimming lessons to groups and individuals, ensuring excellent customer service and a safe learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and development.
  • Assist in the supervision of customers in the swimming pool and surrounding areas, ensuring their safety and discipline.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain and improve teaching skills.

Requirements:

  • Nationally recognized swimming teaching qualification (Level 2 or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Enhanced DBS check.
