About the Opportunity

As a key leader, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing innovative menu concepts, improving operational efficiency, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement creative menu concepts that meet customer preferences and dietary needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers to source high-quality ingredients
  • Lead and motivate kitchen teams to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Analyse customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, menu planning, and nutrition science
Requirements
  • Possess a degree in Culinary Arts or a related field
  • Hold a minimum of five years of experience in a senior culinary leadership role
  • Hold relevant certifications, such as HACCP and Food Safety
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and culinary management software
