Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team in our Telford store. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Approach customers and provide helpful and knowledgeable information on our products.
- Serve customers at the till and process sales transactions.
- Recommend and promote complimentary products with each sale.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure the shop floor is always kept clean and tidy to a high standard.
- A positive and can-do attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to approach and serve all customers.
- The drive to exceed monthly performance targets.
- Methodical approach to completing daily tasks.
- High levels of attention to detail.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of up to \u00a411.64 per hour, plus a performance-related bonus. This is a part-time, permanent position, and you will be contracted to work 8 hours per week.
