Camp Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Camp Manager to lead our team of coaching staff in delivering a high-quality, school-holiday experience for children aged 5 to 17.

As a Camp Manager, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of our program, ensuring that children are active, having fun, and learning together. This includes planning and preparing for the season, communicating with your team, and ensuring that our venue is ready for the children.

During the season, you will be the first point of contact for staff, children, parents, and our central office team. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the camp, including supervision of children during lunch, morning and afternoon breaks, and implementing our behavior management policy.

You will also be responsible for overseeing the use of equipment, upholding health and safety standards and procedures, and completing paperwork and risk assessments. Additionally, you will be the designated safeguarding lead at the venue, dealing with concerns in a timely manner and responding to feedback.

We are looking for someone with a passion for working with children and young people, who has experience in a management or leadership position, and who is able to motivate and inspire our team of coaches.

As a Camp Manager with Kings Camps, you will have the opportunity to gain a funded paediatric first aid qualification, interact and build relationships with parents/guardians, and access our market-leading training.
