Job Title: Paint Sprayer

Alternative Heat Limited is seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer to join our Fabrication Team. As a Paint Sprayer, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality coatings on our products, meeting production deadlines, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply coatings to meet production deadlines
  • Read and interpret specification and quality sheets
  • Plan and prioritize work schedule within the paint shop
  • Manage and control paint stocks and consumables, minimizing waste
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in spray painting within a fabrication environment
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Ability to take ownership of duties and willingness to grow and learn within the team and company
  • Excellent planning, organization, and attention to detail skills
  • Good communication skills
