Job DescriptionThe Technical Trainer will work closely with the company's trainers to ensure that all technical training meets the highest industry standards. This includes developing and delivering training materials using various formats such as classroom-based, eLearning, and virtual training.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver technical training to Part 145 staff in accordance with the company's training plans.
- Develop and maintain instructor materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, and background material.
- Prepare and deliver training sessions using various formats.
- Assist in the development of new training programs and courses.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
- Hold a UK/EASA Part 66 Licence or have a degree in Aerospace Engineering.
- Have experience in aircraft engineering or working within an MRO environment.
- Good working knowledge of Office 365.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and participants.
