Our Team

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join our dedicated team at Wayman Group in Ipswich, England. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students in Key Stage 2, working closely with colleagues to achieve our shared goals.

The ideal candidate should have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching in a primary school, preferably in KS2. A strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks is also essential. Additionally, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with colleagues and parents/guardians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for KS2 students, using a range of teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners
• Monitor and assess students' progress, providing regular feedback to parents/guardians and the school leadership team
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student wellbeing and academic success
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies that meet the needs of our diverse student population
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress and any concerns that may arise

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience
